Agree with madelin4 absolutely disgraceful. Shouldn't the (EOC) Equal Opportunities Commission be notified? They have a vested interest in the way women are treated in the RM workplace (2 managers found guilty of bullying and harassment of three female employees) and still in employmentmadelin4 wrote:That is a disgrace!!!! Having said that, the EOC would only be interested if the form of harassment was of a sexual content.

There are LARGE versions of the 2 flyers you see and they have been put up around various offices in support of our colleague.
Management keep taking them down,the union keep sending more to put up.
With regard to one of those managers mentioned,even other managers hate him,that's how bad he is.

Just to say our fellow postie Andy still hasn't had his job back, I will also add that Andy is a good friend of mind, have know him for for nearly 20 years, he a hard, honest worker, he make one little mistake and his only one is punished for it
there will be another hearing coming soon, any support for Andy Holman will be appreciated, even if you add something in your signature, you will be helping our fellow postie.
