you bunch of whingers!!! royal mail okay is harder than it was still a great enjoyable job. finish by 1.30 everyday....you people need to work in other places before slagging off royal mail. its got its bad elements (poor managers etc) but i believe the good outweigh the bad, and i can honestly say most mornings i dont actually mind going to work, good pay for not that much actual work. my opinion

I can only assume you have worked for RM for a short time. Over time your opinion may well change. If you stay in for 20 years or more i doubt you will feel so great about RM. Its a feeling that builds up over the years prob due to a general lack of respect that many people hold both inside and more importantly outside for the job.

i love the job and am sick of whingers in rm who complain u dont like it leave!!! its not perfect grated, terrible management but still a great job ive worked for rm for 4 years
used to be on a 33.5 contract then moved areas and unfortunately onto a 20 hour contract.

i work lots coz to me it doesnt seem like work.

How come you get over time pay when you have not done 40 hr pw ,pay should be at standard rate,your rounds must be very easy if you can be home by 1.30 and done o/t

i'm working as a postie just 15 months and i don't know many ... but in my DO is couple of people which they are talking to themselves and i'm worry that is occupational disease

Your wages does not add up, you have to work 40 hours per week before you get paid overtime rates or SA rates.
