But is it sarcasm or does he really mean it anyway, sticking your tounge up the DOMs backside seems to get you special treatment but I couldn't bring myself to sink that low (It's better to die upon your feet than to live upon your knees!).

Like yours ours died the death - however the other day the manager said to me "that will be covered in the daily huddle"? I thought whoa hang on Rip van Winkle we haven't been doing that since the middle of last year...............still they do say ignorance is bliss - so I would imagine he's still blissful.
Seems that we will be getting our WTL once a week now after the usual HYS survey results, i guarantee that they will last 4 weeks at most before he stops bothering his arse with them again

We have wtl session almost every we and have done for the few years i've been working at this office. However I don't work Tuesday's so don't get to them very often.
Our office has regular team talks but you arent allowed to say anything in them or you get asked to leave. Huddles were started but they interfered with ips so they stopped.
