When i got a letter for my next phone counselling session,i phoned up to explain again that i aint very happy being counselled on the phone and could i have a face2face,i was told i'll be contacted,i have now recieved a letter telling me they have managed to change the date of my counselling session as requested and a new date set for the counselling...........you guessed it "a phone counselling session"

I am starting to give up

:nana Do not give up. do the same as me. Get ATOS" up on google. and send an e-mail to their complaints department.
I have had to do this a few times now. They do have to reply, and things get fixed out until the next time. It is very much a case of the right hand etc. If you do e-mail them, your complaint will be sent to the relevant department.
Good Luck, This company have been paid Millions of pounds by both Private companies ,and the D.W.P to act on their behalf, and they are proving to be completewly inefficient.

never known anything that is so amateurish , paperwork is riddled with errors and contradictory statements - just the partner for RM
