Not as bad as I first thought this morning. Hardly any packets and no recorded deliveries. Warm but slightly dull day year in Manchester. Day off tomorrow, doing a tour of pubs with real ale tonight with my mate Chris. Ohh Yess! :chuckle

Got up at 8.30, made a cuppa, put some washing out, done a bit of work on my family tree, might put my feet up for a bit now :hmmmm I'm going to enjoy my 2 weeks leave :angel
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Post wasn't too bad today but had loads of packets plus I was on a new duty so when I got out I cycled right past the first DP and spend 15minutes trying to work out where I'd gone wrong (apart from going in) but I eventually worked it out and it was smooth sailing after that. :Very Happy

Very bad day. Council Tax bills ( told by DOM we had 2 days to delivery them , took half out ), Parking permits, loads of mailsort. Had 11 bags with a total of 104kgs. Took 2/3's of my walk out ( 8 bags ) and left the rest in the office for someone else to deliver. Glad its my day off tomorrow.

Today I delivered - Seed Magazines with a generous helping of DVLA you've got 5 Free days Flyers Washed down with a nice pint of Gas Bills.

Finished on time for a change though!
Cheers, Dodgedr007

My opinion is just that.

Crap day. Made up for the easy day they had yesterday, (my day off) 6 recorded packets, had to card 3 of them. Loads of knocking for the others. Plenty of stuff about going digital in our area later this year, coupled with the fact that the walk isn't 3.5hrs anyway. Only decent thing was the warm sunny weather.

Glad I'm off for a fortnight, revision started in the office this week on the area I work in. Got my post at 14.10, normally 13.00 at the latest, they did'nt leave the office until 11.20, so looks like everything is working well
