Duty Resigns - What a Joke

What's a resign we've been told that because they had to put the changes in by EA that we won't be getting one

Can anyone confirm whether that is right or not,doesn't sound right to me.

Postman this is what happens when stage 3 has become exhausted,management then allocate duties etc if they use EA.

We were told to accept our new duties otherwise RM would push it through as EA and would allocate duties to us as they saw fit.

Just let them, my office is in chaos now because we have refused to do any work to help them save money. Plus all the vacant duties have to be put up on the board so people are changing their duties which leave theirs vacant and those then have to go up which starts the process all over again serves them right for messing around

The Way Forward says Resigns should take place if 33% of duties are affected by any major change. ie GeoRoute /Pegasus revisions.
If your members vote on it, it should be a given. I know they dont always see it that way but speak to your Area rep.

But unless your duty has actually changed by 20%, you don't have to put it in the hat. also The Way Foward.
some indoor staff at our office, (callers office locker etc.) sometimes complain about people on deliveries got it easy etc. but any time theres talk of a full resign refuse to put duties in hat.

If your office is under exec action for buisness savings then its only buisness savings, resign, seigniority still work as normal.
