I've just joined this website although I'v been a postie for years. I'm not management material coz it's taken me 3 hours to work out how to post my first message. Even now I'm not sure if I'm pressing the right buttons.

I want to get a few things off my chest but I'll keep my powder dry until I get the flavour of the website. Looking forward to reading the views of other posties.

Welcome Dad you did push the right buttons and now you've peaked my interest. The things you want to get off your chest if they are anything to do with RM or the CWU please go ahead we'll listen.

You're not management material because you're not a lying, bone idle, coniving, workshy, bullying, brown nosing, useless get! It's not nothing to do with computers mate. Welcome, by the way.

In fact lack of Computer Skills seems to be a pre-requisite in my DO for managers.
