05.45 till 12.45. Same on a Tuesday. On the Saturday the break is taken at the end. Many can't finish within time as we are a busy office.

Currently our Saturday hours are 0600-1300. We all get 2 hours SA each every Saturday or else there would be carnage with cut offs.

SA is Scheduled Attendance which is OT that is scheduled and is slightly higher than normal rate :hmmmm (pre arranged OT).

Aha, I see. So if I work my day off, it's SA. If I go over cos it's busy, it's pressure. OK cheers.

No, if you work your day off it's just normal OT (the same with any extended delivery), the SA is for the like of collections and any other work that is to be done every week (it's basically complusory OT because you have to do it).

It's not a higher rate for those on less than 40 hours i believe, one of my colleagues gets a £1 an hour less than i do for the same SA as he's only on 30 hours.

:d'oh! I forgot about that :d'oh! PTs just get their normal rate up until the 40 hours (and SA is always taken first).
