It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Perhaps they need a consultant to advise them to use a full address, including county (Beds).

They're probably run by ex RM managers who couldn't manage before :d'oh! still I have no problem with any other company that will provide a full competition service so that we have something tangible to fight against (not just the managers).

I told them i was 'increasingly frustrated with Royal Mail' and and that i wanted to use their competitive, reliable alternative service to send a job lot of letters.
I asked them if their posties were reliable, because 'i was increasingly frustrated with Royal Mail posties'

Something fishy about Zip mail. They got a licence in 2006 but there only testimonial is from someone that was using them from 2005. Is that not illegal :Very Happy

definitely ex RM managers who "volunteered" for :lfo 's axe - I'm not Bill Gates but I'd at least try and do a better job in M$crosoft Office Powerpoint :hmmmm - To be fair , there doesn't seem to be any of the mandatory spelling mistakes or gross grammatical / factual errors :d'oh! , Fisher Price - My First Web Site eh ? :hmmmm :left:

Maybe RM put a IT course on for their soon to be surplus managers :Very Happy

I think Postcon got the licence fee down to £50 or so , to encourage "operators" like these and create " competition " .
