It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

:cfo :lfo . the chuckle brothers leighton & crozier probably think we wont have the balls to go through with it. now lets all stand very firm and show them we mean business
This is the most dangerous time for us all we need to show restraint and not allow RM managers to force us into unofficial action, which will be their aim. roll on the 29th has anybody heard anything about times.
Usually a 24 hour strike means that it starts on whenever your shift finishes to run 24 hours over that day. So deliveries would finish on the thursday, MC nightshifts would finish on the Friday morning. There will be no set in stone times as there is too many different start times up and down the country.
now we have to show restraint, don't be goaded into unofficial action before or after, stick to the rules of this action, don't intimidate others into joining us (but try your damn best to persuade them) and all stick together to show how strong we feel about this. We have to make sure this is the slap in the face Leighton and Crozier need without shooting ourselves in the foot.
