I disagree they can read them OK it just seems that they can find loopholes or different ways of reading it than was originaly intended, or if this can't be done they just ignore it altogether.
Same difference really. As long as the reps read them then they're on the back-foot :left:

good question.
im p/t and have not been told anything about d2d ie whats the routine etc.
it's either a last minute rush to prep around 20% or i just leave it alone unless ive been asked.

The whole agreement is coming to our office after i gave Steve Fishwick - Policy Advisor Outdoor Dept. - my workplace details. Would suggest everyone does the same. You can contact him on 0208 971 7226

We are currently at stalemate with our DOM. He has now asked us to provide proof we have to do them in work time and when he was asked for proof we did them in own time his reply was. I'm the manager so i don't need to provide you proof, you show me in black and white and i'll accept it.

Depends on their contract - we now have contracts ranging from 1hr - (very rare) all the way up to full time.

Anyone who is on a 5 day week with a 20hr contract (a fav of RM at the mo) cannot be expected to prep the walk, prep D2Ds take a break and do the delivery in a 4hour walking day. The nick name for them is bag carriers because thats all they shuld be doing if working to time.

Very true, but as i said if pt want the extra payment, they have to do the work, if there is not enough time for them to do this then the 22.5 hr contracts clearly have major flaws.
