TWENTY-FIVE-YEAR-OLD Daniel Dodd has pleaded not guilty to two charges of causing death by dangerous driving.

He is accused of causing the deaths of 22-year-old Andrew Gibson and 28-year-old postman Lee Kalsevicius on the A500 at Porthill on July 3 last year.

Dodd, of Dogcroft Road, Chell Heath, also denied five section 41 matters including using a motor vehicle in a condition likely to cause danger of injury, two charges of using a motor vehicle with an incorrectly inflated tyre and using a vehicle with an incorrect braking system.

The case was adjourned for a five-day trial to start on September 7. Dodd's unconditional bail was extended.

Thats why he is in Court and I hope he goes down for a long time, anyone who kills a person by undue negligence is guilty of manslaughter, Cars are lethal weapons when incorrectly used.
