Not too bad today. Hardly any packets. Mail wasn't too heavy, and the sun was shining.

Quieter today. Had quite a few packets for the first half of the walk, then hardly any after that. Gaps of 3 or 4 houses every 10 or so. Warm humid day due to last nights rainfall.

Been really heavy every day for weeks now and more to come I expect. I don't know how much more my back and knees will take. Got Pegasus being implemented at the end of the month so it's not going to get any better.

Day off Friday. Saturday was busy as usual, plenty of DSA and a load of letters from the benefits office for some reason. Packets were heavy as usual, but got rid of everything which was a surprise really. Warm and dry day.
