Council tax bills & DFS!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

We had Yorkshire Bank or Building Society voting forms - not to bad except were in Yorkshire so nearly every house got them. Bloody heavy as well. Why does all this crap come at the same time.

I had 2/3 of my delivery points getting these DFS things. I didn't know what it was though until getting home to see one through my letterbox too. It was a good day to get all the D2D's delivered though!

If the mail comes down in cardboard boxes does that also go through the machine
or is it just one of those things that just gets overlooked in the usual RM fashion.

Re: Council tax bills & DFS!
Do you get that booklet with adverts for local businesses in it ?
The one with the little box on the front that says "Delivered by hand, by Royal Mail" and with a pic of a smiling postie in it ?
The one that goes out once a month, every month. ?
Yes. Every. Month.
Despite the fact that all the adverts inside are unchanged ?
I hate that, I do.

Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?
