We start at 0600 mon-fri
Sat...0500
We've had a letter of the DIM that several people have approached him to change the Sat start time to 0600.
So he's instigated a vote.
I know that it'll be a close call ,so it'll piss alota people off if it changes to 0600!! (footy etc.etc.etc.)
Whatever the result of this vote , can he enforce the change ?
If so , if 'several people' approach him over another matter, will he have a vote on it ?
Does this have to through the union?

Yes get your Rep and Dom to maybe debate this at work time learning,put it to a vote and go with what the majority vote for.It would be nice though if those who wanted to start at 05.00 did and those who wanted to start at 06.00 did 
i would be amazed though if a Dom would agree to this as it might be a nightmare to manage.
