Part timers on full time walks

Hello!
We have a few 35 hr staff, covering 40 hr walks as reserves.Our callers office is closing on 30th, and we have a 20hr a week part timer that is going to be put out as a reserve on ALL walks!! :left: She has the option to cut off, or do the rest of the walk on overtime,(even though we cant get any overtime!)
I forecast lots of mail being cut off, and us full timers picking up the slack.Not fair, is it? :d'oh!

No it's not fair. F/T doing even more and P/T being dumped on again. It's just typical RM tactics of setting us against each other, saving themselves a few quid and boosting their bonuses.
