Re: Duty Rota's
The rota should be done the previous week in the meeting with the union rep. (weekly resource meeting that rarely happen and if they do it's the manager going off on one
) and should be put up ASAP but with all the panic that goes on it never happens (maybe this is just my office
).

Re: Duty Rota's
2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE...To be agreed at the weekly resource meeting with cwu rep and manager.
I understand that changes can be made at short notice if unforseen cicumstances arise, HOWEVER....Your day off should not be changed without consulting you and you agreeing. RM can and will continue to ask you to perform any reasonable request BUT if you have made plans for your scheduled day off, asking you to change it is not a reasonable request.

Re: Duty Rota's
I go with the it's not worth the paper it is written on,our managers put a sheet up which might just as well be blank on a regular basis walks are not covered when they come round and see that walks not covered they say why did'nt one of you say,we always say to them you should know who is in and who's not it's not down to us to tell you,you then notice that it has a duty sheet rolled up in it's hands. It makes you want to scream.
