we've got 66 walks plus 9 drives. i can't see how we can lose all they want with EVR's. we have a meeting at 5.30 tomorrow out side the gate. we are not being allowed to have the meeting in the building.

Where is your office Kwikpost? You do not have to be specific, just tell us roughly where in the country you are.

It'll not be 900 hours, that's just their opening hand and whenever they come back with 100/200 hours they think everyone will go for that :mad :mad :mad It's the same BS in every office, so everyone should be aware of that and to agree to NOTHING and go down the route 13 ballot for IA.

The London policy is clear and every branch including your own has signed into it. Kwik I Was at your BRANCH COMMITTEE meeting today and all reps within your branch know the policy.

We now have 5 exhauted stage 3s within London they are EC1-4, WC , W1 , E3 , E13. Royal Mail cannot until they have exhauted stage 3 of the industrial relations framework take executive action that is attempt to impose their revision proposals without agreement. Your local rep has not even had the proposals as yet as managment revealed it straight to the staff in a work time learning session.

I meet the memebers in two of the offices listed above this morning and will be meeting their night members tonight. The members are totally united and are committed to supporting the unions postion of agreeing to no savings in W1`s case they want 20% of work hours , until we get a national agreement which protects full time staff in the future and improves terms and conditions.

Royal Mail`s proposals which are detailed in its time to fight in one of the stickies under blue shirts clearly demonstate that we are fighting for our future.

If Royal Mail decide to implement any revison without agreement in London then we will ballot the whole of London for strike action. Its a big call for Royal Mail as London have never failed to deliver in an Industrail action ballot even when the CWU achieved a no vote on Pay the London membership voted 5 to 1 for strike action.

We expect to have to ballot the 14000 London members within 3 weeks. Watch this space . Unity is indeed strength !
