Why are they not mounted on there stands?

Duel use ie if they were on stands the postie may find it difficult too use as a toilet when the new 5 to 6 hour delivery spans come in.

WTF is that all about, surely there is some sort of H&S issue about a box being on the floor, why couldn't the box be attached to the postboc beside it

These boxes are attached to postboxes where available, but obviously we need a lot more for 2nd 3rd and 4th pouches. The planning permission needed for these boxes is a lot quicker if they're sited on the floor, and therefore, less obtrusive. So that's what we get !

I wouldn't be using them, my backs bad enough without having to bend over and lift a bag out of a ground level box (we complain about low level letterboxes being dangerous so how can low level pouch boxes be safe).
