My redirections are falling, are yours?
One aspect of the recent gloomy times that i ve noticed is how many redirections i am down compared to a couple of years back. I think i peaked at 31 but now down to just 19. Only 3 houses sold last year on my walk and 2 were because of a death.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Peaked at 30 on my walk about 6 years ago and now down to 5 with only about 3 houses up for sale which have been on the market for months now.

London has a large transient short-term let population, who are constantly on the move.johnnyp wrote:Its made no difference to meive got 83

Re: My redirections are falling, are yours?
got 18 on average (only know 3 walks) tho i never bother to check if they expired, i probably will tomorrow if i get time after throwing off or something. most people have their redirections last for 12 months, and still extend them after that so doesnt make any difference

Mine are dropping. Houses just not selling
Anybody else noticed all the tradesmen's sitting on their drives, and the extra cars parked on the lawns as the kids who can't afford to live away move back?
Bye

Re: My redirections are falling, are yours?
I've noticed that the redirections on the duties I cover are down, today I only had 8
and the last time I did that duty there were about 20. The NI housing bubble has well and truly burst (a house that 18months ago was selling for 160k are now under 75k).

Meh, they go up, they go down. 6 at the moment. Least I've had was 2, most (on a previous walk) was about 30.
I notice Redpin and Linkinpark take out expired ones themselves. Is this normal practise ? Here, our phg removes them the day they expire.

Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?
