Damage to personal items.

Is there anyway you can claim for damage to personal items that are left in the depot caused by careless managers that play darts all day even though I cannot prove who is doing it?

Royal Mail dont accept liability for any damage to personal property, there's usually a sign at the entrance to the depot.

So, if I find out who's doing it and the key their car and no one finds out it was me then it's just tough luck?

If you find out who's doing it, you can have them disciplined. Even if it's a Manager. Please don't descend to their level, and resort to tit for tat.

Although RM don't take responsibility for personal items. They do take a dim view of vandalism, and people have been taken down the Conduct Code for it.

inteference of a person's property was not acceptable 20 years ago and is still not acceptable now. it may be a giggle to some who do not have any respect for their fellow workers, but anything that causes interference or causes a distrurbance to anyone is not acceptable in any walk. the trouble is that even reporting any incident to management, is that management are likely to be more interested in the wasting of time the perputrator has taken from company time rather than the act itself. Depending on the seriousness of the event. it hasn't mentioned the circumstances or what was done or how much damage was done. it's a pity that adults act like 6 year olds in any industry.

if you used an object to damage another's property, you will face a criminal conviction, and i am sure you will not want that to happen, even if you feel distressed and pushed to a retaliation, and the instigator will end up in a false sense of being better off. don't let them win. if there was a problem, sort it out like humans.
