mclovin wrote:How do they calculate 46 weeks wages? On basic or last years total salary?
It's based on the average of the previous six month's weekly wage, prior to taking VR.
It is based on basic contractual weekly hours and any pensionable supplements such as
shift allowance and driving allowance.
It would not include non-pensionable payments like SA, OT or bonuses.

No, it's a retained right from years ago (I think it was the Way Forward agreement).

You only get driving allowance now if you drive a combo van and only the one with 2 rows of seats in the back. Small vans don't get an allowance anymore. Please correct me if i'm wrong but thats what happens in my office.

Me and tens of others at a large D.O. have heard nothing concrete. Been told all EVR's are off because of CWU, then on again. That being said, DOM is a compulsive liar.

:nana that is the problem---for nearly two ytears now, these forms have been going round offices,
and for the mosr part, nothing comes of it, so do not get your hopes up that you are going to get a pay off, or a buy down of hours.
