He is a massive guy BUT i wont be intimidated by him . I actually stood up to him and he didnt say anything again .

The think is ........ I actually think he has a problem with me . Everyone and i mean everyone has been great with me but this idiot from day one hasnt spoken two words to me for whatever reason .

I found out that this guy left early and so wasnt due his bags until 10 am at the earliest . 10.15 was the official time so that is what I will be talking to him about tomorrow .

I did mention this to the manager who said he would have a word .

9.9 out of 10, the chance is he has a communication problem in some shape/form, so its not anything to do with you. the way he reacted to you, would be the same with anyone else i'd thought. im just basing this on my own experience with a driver whos lazyasfuck/and also wants to be done really early. i spoke to some other people at work and they also feel they get treated the same by him

without going down the put him up against the side of the van issue there is a way to sort this out and that has been mentioned in replies.

Ok update . This guy came up to me this morning and asked me if i was still talking to him in a joking kind of way .

There was 3 members of staff and a manager prepping frames when i told him to get lost unless he was apologising . He just stood there saying nothing ao i told him to do one .

Upshot of this is everyone came to me later telling me they were pi**ing themselves hearing me talk to this guy as they have all wanted to say it for a long time .

Anyway he later came and apologised and i accepted .
