Re: pressure overtime
It is illegal not to pay overtime when you have done the hours for it.
JUST CUT-OFF AND LET THE DIMS DELIVER THE MAIL IN THEIR OWN CARS & THEN PHONE THE POLICE & I.B.

Re: pressure overtime
no payment ,they will try and give you the time back later, maybe come in later next day.which makes no sense at all because you will then be behind on that days work

Re: pressure overtime
30 minutes is all they can ask for and that must be repaid that same week but all you have to say is you have something to do after work and you cannot work over your time (kids are good for somethingjonny2bad wrote:no payment ,they will try and give you the time back later, maybe come in later next day.which makes no sense at all because you will then be behind on that days work

Re: pressure overtime
30mins flexibility if introduced by management, its up to you when you have it back in the week.....i.e. finish 30mins early on saturday.
Flexibility works both ways.....try and ask that you will be finishing 30mins earlier on this thursday and that you are willing to do extra 30mins work on friday....watch the DIMs scratch their heads and not understand the word FLEXIBILITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: pressure overtime
i don't need to give a reason for my not being avaliable.
they ask, i say no.
i am not required to excuse myself from extra work and i'll be a long time dead before i do.
why should i give a reason ?
am i dishonest ?
am i obliged to ?
