Postman Pat to Take the Stage

LONDON: Entertainment Rights has secured a partnership with children's theater producer Premier Stage Productions to bring Postman Pat Special Delivery Service to the stage in the U.K. for a live theater tour.

The live event, set to play at more than 45 theaters throughout the U.K., will feature characters from the animated series. The performances will kick off in spring 2010. The new 26x15-minute Postman Pat series has been sold to more than 80 territories worldwide, and features the lovable postman in a new position as the head of the special deliver service.

Mat Way, the global head of live entertainment for Entertainment Rights, commented: "Children can expect to see some exciting new developments in the Postman Pat SDS live theater show that deliver upon the brand new SDS series. The show will continue to maintain a strong connection with the characters and settings that we all know and love, although the new production will also feature the new elements that now appear in the SDS TV series. With its unparalleled history in producing live entertainment, Premier Stage Productions is the perfect partner to bring Postman Pat SDS to life in the theatre."

The brand new series is pulling in big audiences and with over 25 years of history behind him and a great history of live U.K. theater, Postman Pat is a national institution who appeals to many generations. RM would stage Postman Pat - willful delay , too much time with Mrs Goggins , he'd be timed , NCI-d or poor performance , the registration plate on his van is illegal and animals shouldn't be taken on vans .

Wouldn't matter how much of a protest was made , RM would always be right , that PO would have certainly been closed , it would be part time or VR ; Postman Pat .
