tax refund company

just got my voice paper, inside was a letter from the tax refund company, anybody know anything about them and is it worth following up regarding tax refund? thanks for any help.

i used them to do mine. took over a year to be sorted out . waste of time pal. best thing to do is just go to your local tax office with your p60 and a few payslips and do it that way. plus you get all your money if owed as with the tax buddies company they take a cut of your money. yes i got a refund but the communication and the time it took was piss poor. but like anything in life its your choice i can only give advice based on personal experiance :Very Happy

Doesn't our taxes get taken off automatically?

I haven't had a payslip yet, so not really sure...

:hmmmm :hmmmm How long have you worked for RM? Operational staff (delivery/MC staff) get theirs every week but admin. are on salary.

We get certain tax allowences (for cleaning uniform etc.) and sometimes we have to claim it back.
I'm preparing myself for the zombie invasion, rule number 1 - Cardio
