And what came next
Basically i'm treated like s**t, questioned for every minute OT I do. I was even pulled into the office and asked why I had changed and was not co-operative with them anymore. The best thing is as my DOM is running around trying to catch be out on anything, for which he has so far had no luck. I'm just pottering on knowing there is nothing he can do as long as I follow the rules to the letter. I decide on the day if I want the OT or not if not I tell them what i'm not doing and never tell them why I have to finish on time as its none of there business. Forgot to say the reason I find it hard to finish my round on time is not that i'm slow or anything but im part time on a full time duty. Two words (thank you) every so ofen would go a long way but all you get is do this or that quicker.
