Nice to see that Wales and Scotland are just lumped together as whole countries again. That means all we'll ever hear about is what's going on in Cardiff/Swansea like on the news because North Wales doesn't actually exist. Granada Tonight has more news relevant to us over here than our welsh news. We effectively have 2 national news bulletins on an evening with HTV welsh news and the ITN news.
A whole coach load of people could've fallen off the Great Orme in Llandudno but they'll cut back to breaking news that a man has fallen off his bicycle and has a bit of a hurty knee in Cardiff...
I wonder who's gonna lose their jobs in our sector then, hmmmmmm.....

Just seen on skynews royal mail is to cut 16,000 jobs (1 in 10) taken from tomorrow (fridays) daily mirror!

Maybe they could get rid of 16,000 managers (or at least only pay them for the hours they work) that way RM could slash the wages and get rid of the deadweight.

They ought to do this with Parcelfarce too. We have the depot manager then 2 managers under him on mornings and then 2 more on evenings. The 2 on mornings do nothing more than shop at the local Morrissons, text, play darts, watch tv, eat etc..... when everyone has left the depot. One morning I was the last out and they were chasing one another with broom sticks trying to incapacitate one another around the depot. The 2 managers on evenings are just as bad, one is the depot managers son, the other who is probably the best one out the lot spends quite alot of time on his mobile texting/phoning the other managers, letting them know what time we get back.
