SENIOR MANAGER'S ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE CURRENTLY HAVING A NATIONAL CONFERANCE CALL, AND THEN IT'S BEING GIVEN TO ALL MANAGER'S, BEEN TOLD IT'S A MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT,
WHAT COULD IT BE.

Knowing how fast RM work act its probably an emergency conference beacuse of the snow. There is more forecast over the next few days so they may be trying to get the same message across to the press local and national.

was told it was too reorganise the company into regions e.g scotland region1 ni region 2 etc etc .lots of senior managers will lose positions and possibly jobs thats what i was told neway

I wouldn't believe the rumour mill it's been known to be wrong in the past.

That said, if we are going to speculate then what about, all the managers have been gathered together to be asked to chip in for Leightons leaving present

Why reorganise the company now whenever TNT are only months away from bringing in their 'expertise'

it just doesn't make sense (but very little about RM makes any sense).
