Its' becoming obvious that lapsing of duties will not just be a seasonal exercise,but will be
as they see fit.
the grey area is 'where time exists'...by that i mean,it should be if you can do it within your
3 1/2 hours then fine,but now we've been advised there bringing the missorts forward,so
in theory you could spend longer on delivery.
So the problem is can we refuse to go out on delivery until we're officially supposed to leave the office,
or face a 4 hour delivery,because it's an instruction from your manager??

we have pre-planned breaks before we go out so I would put it back to the manager and either get them to change to break times or help you come back. Of course when we do the job right there is no time available

We were told by our manager that we can't take our break time at the end of a delivery. She made us go on break at a time she specified. Can anyone clear this up?woofwoof wrote:

ermmm why bods dont want to take a break or at least part of it before going out is beyond me.

I'm quite certain that in our office, if you don't book excess or cut-off then you are marked down as finishing early. I don't think there is a catagory for 'just right'.
