That reminds me of the scene in Airplane that pans across the instrument panel for what seems like forever but seriously, how can you prep that without efficiently, it would be better with 2 frames (even if one person still has to prep them both).

They have that at one of our local offices, I nearly haemorrhaged when I first saw it until I realised it wasn't just one guy's round.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

No way can you work with a frame that size! I think they might have just pushed a couple together to make it look that way, if not then bloody hell, we're all screwed!

Edit: The guy who put the video up has commented that one postie boxes it ina nd two take it out.
has he got rollerblades on to get from one side to the other ffs! :arrrghhh :arrrghhh
he must walk miles before he gets out!!! :d'oh!

During Peagus we definatley ,not only had frames that big ,but many slots were doubled, then many of the houses on that area was let into rooms ,so you could have up to 12 adults
living in each house, wich gives you an idea of volume,One Day took whole shift to prep it,then DOM expected me to deliver it!!

Even now post Peagus we have some frames that are almost as big, certainly 3.5 rows.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We asked our Union reps first and they said they were ok,our H/S area rep was in our place last week and as long as there is a big enough gap between each frame they are ok.
