Sky mags

Post by robd »

Ours arrived for delivery today!
got the usual "2 days to deliver them"
but it got me thinking,as far as i know, there's no longer a full programme
guide inside, and as such would make them less time sensitive.
in theory we should be under less pressure to deliver by the end of
the month,as they should really be that months edition.
murdoch could have saved himself a bob or two as i think they were
all 2nd class.

Our Sky Junk arrived today, we were told that the those that were 2nd Class had to go today and those that were Mailsort could wait until Monday. On my walk that split the Junk about 50 / 50.

The question should be asked as to why they arrived on the 31st, where in the chain did they get held up?

took where I was going and will take rest on Monday - although boss said we have till Tuesday. We do have a meeting to discuss various disagreements we are currently going through wonder if thats why they are being so nice. Sorry cynicism is part of my nature.

The sky mags are late because on Wednesday they announced they were going to have deal were if you subscribed to sky hd you get the box for £49.99 and free installation, so they held the mags back till after the announcement.

Not so if you are already a customer it is £199 for the box and £30 for the installation and you still have too have the HD PACK for each box at £9.75 a month!. Hope it helps you all out. OH FU*K :lfo .

Maybe just because of the christmas period was the nov/dec issue but if you do not have drop point's open on a saturday you will have to take less and more the next time but why should the royalmail not make plan's for this!.

Replying to my own post, but just to clarify things, there is no manager in on a saturday, which doesnt bother me TBH, we normally get 2 days to deliver the feckin things.
