As you can see - the big push for ebilling is in decline which means paper billing is increasing!!!

I think the main reason for ebilling's decline is that emails are easy to lose, easy to delete and easy to ignore! thus being a usless concept, i have emails but i never use them for seriously important stuff. They're ok for quick messaging and thats it and if you want guaranteed information and proof then paper goes along way!

Well said, I don't even read the vast majority of my e-mails (just click delete and be done with it), plus, whenever you need proof of identity, they like a recent bill and I can't see any company accepting a printed off copy as proof.
