we've been told management are trying to get rid of sa collections on sat and instead incorporate sat driving as part of they're normal duty therefore cutting overtime...obviously everyone is going mad about it and apparently the union is coming in on this, although dont know what they could do to stop it....
are other office experiencing this?

Up here in Scotland No:2 we have composite duties, so they do a dely in morning which is prepped for them coming in then a collection in the afternoon even on sat, just times are different on saturday. It gave us at the time 4 staff made up to full time so union accepted full time and gave up a few S/A during the week.
