We've got a few rounds with no access to a toilet on them... what was it you actually wanted to know?!

There are only a three walks from our DO which have public toilet access and that's to the two Town Centre facilities. One of them is a paid for facility too, so technically only one walk has free public toilet access

I'm mean if your court short out on your round and you have to go back to the DO does this time come off your delivery?
as its a bit of a bind if you have a 20 min cycle back, 10 mins sorting yourself out (toilet) and then a 20 min cycle back out to your delivery.
some rounds have designated toilet places, like Tesco however knocking on peoples doors to ask to use there toilet seems a bit scummy.
know what I mean.
Just wanted to know if there was a agreement out there regarding "toilet needed while on delivery"

cheers :wave

there was one on the other Forum , there was a indecent exposure complaint out in the sticks made by women on horse back made to the Police , fortunately common sense prevailed and no action was taken .
Apparently the Area Rep had been caught short and gone behind the bushes .

I knew one bird that was supplied with catheters by the NHS as she was that big when she was pregnant in case she was caught short / couldn't hold herself .

you are entitled to a level of decency and if it is your wish to return to the office to preserve that decency then so be it. Don't forget D.R.A.W.
Answers to the original question posed will differ from region to region i guess but if i don't have enough time to complete the tasks in front of me then that is unfortunate and i will inform them as soon as i am able, which may be as late as 14:15, which has happened in the past.

She wee - as shown on Top Gear   :Very Happy :Very Happy http://www.shewee.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Image

However to answer the original question, I have been helping write the walk logs for my section and we have 1 walk that has no toilet. It was written into the duty that the person covering the duty must call and advise they need the toilet, they will then be collected, do their thing, and then be taken back out. If this affect the delivery in that it will go over then the postie should advise the manager on calling to ask for collection.

Hope that helps.

DRAW me thinks is abbreviated form for (Dignity and Respect at Work)
