I keep hearing of new delivery methods to be introduced in the very near future, new delivery times of around 4.15 hours.
With new machinery coming in we will need less IPS time wich gives us increased delivery times,--so far so good.
But when are we going to be getting all this new machinery ? is their any office in the country with these new machines? Are any new machines on oder and what is the expected deilvery time for these.
Now how can delivery times be increased, till IPS is decreased?

Re: Confused ?
Don't worry about that Puppetmaster, Royal Mail always take the action in advance of the answer - so you can expect to be on a 4.15 hour delivery approximately 12 months before you see the means of achieving it.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
