Usually between 9pm and 9.30 unless I'm off the next day. I know it's a bit early for most, but I disrupt my sleep too much when I go to bed during the day. I then spend most of the 7 hrs or so in bed tossing and turning because I've topped up during the day. I find that if I stay up during he day, and keep to more or less the same bedtime, I sleep for most of the night except for a quick loo break.
The duty I'm on can be a killer when it's busy, so I'm usually wiped out by bedtime.
