Started arriving Wednesday, as long as we deliver them everyday , we can spread them out over a short period to make them more manageable. I cleared about 20% on Thursday (I get over 100 on my walk). I am off today so I hope my day off cover takes a few too.
We wish to serve - but we will not be servile

We don't get a lot of them in my part of the smoke :nervous

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

We had national trust and garden mags on wednesday. I think I averaged about 10 houses to a pouch. Atleast it was a sunny day.

I'm hoping they're the one's we had a few weeks ago, they were a nightmare to deliver, we get loads of the bloody things in our area, glad I do a van job, we had to take them out the same day they came in.
Of course if they aren't the same, then thanks for the warning :(

When we had ours just after Xmas, they all had to go in one day. Some walks had about 20-30 per bag!!!!!! the DBF's were bending with the weight FFS!!!!!!! It amazes me that when RM gets these contracts, no H & S issues are raised.

Ours arrived last Saturday . DOM first said they had to go then said over 2 days. Don't see the problem really- I had about 70 of them and worked until my finishing time then cut out. Did about half the delivery - suited me fine and another bloke got overtime on Monday :chuckle
