Usually on the chair/sofa, middle of conversation,at parties/cinema/theatre/pub.

Usually find that warmth times alcohol is equal to horizontal plus dribble.
Go to your local old folks home they have whats known as conti pads for the dribble - don't ask how I know. :whistle

Don't go blaming the insomnia - just keep taking the medication :wave

I go to bed at 10 ish and read until my eyes start to go and then get up at 0400, however I do go to bed in the afternoon from about 1.30 to 3.30 - the wife calls me Rip van Wrinkle.
More like your wife calls you 'little Winkle' :chuckle :chuckle anyway, your wife is much happier when you are asleep, at least that's what she told me :angel

I am in bed between 10 & 11 normally & get up at 5.40am for a 6am start. I live 5 min walk from the office so i stay in bed for as long as I can. Maybe late the odd morning when the wife pulls me back in? :whistle

I think I've said before that is a helluva journey to undertake every day, I have no social life by choice, but yours must be a nightmare going to bed at that time

Usually between 10.30-midnight. I get up at 5.30. I seem to need more sleep than most, at least 8 hours a night and never really get this. Problem is I just can't get to sleep before 10. I managed it early on in the job but probably only 'cos I was so physically tired. That isn't much of an issue anymore though. I often sleep for 11-12 hours on a day off as I really need the catch up!

And you all know the old advice - if you're not in bed by midnight, go home.
