In my office a duty that was timed at 5 hours (by Pegasus) was later timed at 4 hours 15 minutes (by Pegasus  ) and then they wanted it for a van share duty, but they forgot that we had already had copies of all the duty revisions.

My expirence from Pegasus, was walks that that said could be done in 3.5 hr cannot be on a busy day,yet other walks also suppose to be 3.5 take less ,the difference in walks since Pegasus is so unfair, yet 5 months on not 1 single walk has been walk tested.

a 4.15 delivery time if that is what is coming, should be walk tested ,by difrrent people on diffrent busy days.I saw origanal Pegasus walks wich were so big sometimes it would take you a whole shift just to prep let alone deliver.

Most PEOPLE expirence of RM do not beleive what Managers tell them, and if they say a walk is 4.15 hrs that is Rm TIME NOT REAL TIME-GET THE WALKS WALK TESTED.

:nana Spot on about Royal Mail using pretend time. All walks should be independently tested,--I had mine tested a couple of years ago, (on a very quiet tuesday-) and the Manager actually recorded a finishing time prior to me actually finishing the walk! I still had another 25 houses to do, even then it worked out at 3 hours 15 minutes---add your pouch off time etc, and the busy days, in reality my walk on a normal day panned out about four hours or more,
Wgen they say the new walks will be such and such a time add on another hour in real time,
and you will probably be nearer the mark. ABANDON HOPE!!!
