Depending upon the severity of your health problems you might come under the DDA. If your health issue affects you daily, you take medication daily and its deemed as long term then I believe you should request a ATOS interview and ask you rown doctor if you come under the DDA. Hope this helps.

all in all if you feel ok doing 25 hrs per week then just do 25 hrs. use correct equipment dont cut corners etc.
hope this helps you to make a decision :wave
In regards to IHR, when would they want to do that? if a person has be on light duties for some time and not getting any better? How long to they have on light duties?

I snapped my cruciate ligament back in June 08 and i was told that IHR is looked into if you are not back in work 9 months after your first ATOS report.

Basically RM will try and get you back on full duty after 3 months...but depending on your condition you can be on them for much longer.
I was on them for six months and could have stayed on them but got fed up with being the lino`s biatch throwing out walks so went back outdoors, the only thing was ATOS said I was suppose to only do half the walk for 6 weeks(at the least)and guess what.....after a week I was told off the DOM that I had to do the full walk as we are short staffed!
