got supposed times for all the duties
mine................3hours 25 minutes
so what does this mean? does this mean i can only lapse for 5 minutes now?
for those who have been through this, how long between getting these times and the changes?

No - the 3hrs 25 minutes will be based on a fixed call rate, fixed time at each drop, and a fixed attendance rate, but they should take into account the traffic on a particular day if the want to lapse on that day. Of course they wont until you start to cut off.

I think we got 85% call rate 2% attendance (not sure on this one) and 8 sec per drop.

We got told the timings as they started to discuss the implementation of the walks so it could be round the corner or still months away.

50-70% call rate, 0% attendance and 5 seconds per drop :chuckle :chuckle of course the last one they did was 60-80% call rate, 0% attendance and 7 seconds per drop :d'oh! , yes they have just made it worse as a punishment, and even with those numbers they can only cut 1 duty but they still want 3 :mad

In theroy speed 1 or speed 2 and there is apparantley not a lot of difference between them. My office was done at speed 2 the slower speed with 88% call rate 1.7% attendance call rate and pegasus set to produce deliveries at 3.hrs 15mins.
