Under the reorganisation of SDD there was a joint exercise to come up with the "Work Plan" which was the manner in which sorting, breaks, prep time and deliveries left the office.
Now I don't know if it was the same for everyoe but it should have been because each duty should have been risk assessed and bag drops and toilet facilities organised.
Our area is currently being made to adhere to the "work plan" ours happens to be 0815 town - 0835 rural. The work plan isn't exactly brilliant but it's better than some - one areais 10.07 - worked as a flanker thinking they would get out early - and of course they did until they were made t stick to the work plan. No complaints really - it was consultative.
