njection moulding tool specialist, AAC Technology, has been acquired by investment company One51, which has a portfolio worth in excess of €450m.

“AAC Technology has been going from strength to strength sourcing and manufacturing tools for the creation of plastic mouldings,” said Mike Turner, the firm’s managing director. “The company has built up impressive manufacturing bases across the globe, from Eastern Europe to China, allowing AAC Technology to offer customers state of the art tooling solutions at exceedingly competitive prices.

“Being part of One51 will help AAC reach even greater heights and will also help form our environmental solutions for the future, which is very important to us. One51 leads the way in sustainability and we want to be a part of that mission.”

AAC Technology clients include Cadbury’s, Royal Mail, Ceva, IntieR, Toyota and Land Rover.
