Summer lapsing for the 12 weeks during the lower volume summer months turned to Autumn lapsing which turned to winter lapsing , we only stopped lapsing officially a few weeks before Christmas. Now Christmas is over Management are expecting lapsing to resume as of last week.
I'm really confused about the whole thing to be honest as the flexibility deal that we agreed last year as far as I'm aware was to cover sickness etc. I can't remember anything being mentioned about working till your time all the time and taking extra work to take you to your time which is always 20 minutes worth. What happened I think we got screwed but if we did why are we not fighting it ? When was job & knock negoiated away ?

as long as you do the job properly, use official transport and work to your time , there is no more time they can utilise.

There only seems to be 2 ways of working for the whole year now, Christmas Pressure & Summer Lapsing :crazy: very strange considering its not even spring yet :confused
