Proper contracts in my D.O for part timers simply 30 hours instead of 40 hours and pro rata bonus money but other than that theres no real difference other than part timers dont do IPS.

Our pegasus revision pushed the part timers from 28 hours to 30 hours. This was basically so they can do a normal delivery but simply no IPS just prep and deliver.
