April is just around the corner..... and I believe its the anniversary of our pay award.
Will we be getting a pay increase this year?
More importantly what strings (ropes) will be attached to it, what more have we got to give?

The way the work and political climate is going just now, don't be overly surprised if you see a PAY FREEZE being imposed by our lord and master.

Have to agree don't think we'll see any pay rise this year despite the heavy inflation after the poor pay rise last year, suppose all the experts are saying inflation is going down anyway so in theory we won't be any worse off.
