AFAIK there will be no "colleaguedividend" (my word) to go with the "colleagueshares" but we will be issued some fake shares based on the boards perceived vision of where we are or we would be if we in fact traded in shares. After Hooper I don't think we will be getting as many as we did last year.

The share in success is I believe the local based one so it depends on if you go beyond the target savings that your unit proposed. Thats it if its the one I know as 50/50.

In theroy yes, but we are not at the end of the financial year yet,so untill then and the money men have put down their calculators we dont know if we have qualified. It wont be much though, less than last year and £200 I belive.
