We had as much mail as any other Saturday really, mostly 2C PPI. But hardly any packets so it wasn't too bad. Twice the normal amount of MS3 sat there for Monday though and they want us to lapse duties mon-tue-wed next week :(

Been ill since my day off xmas eve thanks to the people coming in sick over the last couple of weeks  .So i missed today and i dont expect to be back until tuesday at the earliest. The threat of not getting a xmas bonus if you go sick over xmas pressure just means people that should'nt be in work just spread the germs around. We had 13 ill on one day.Maybe they should do what schools do and stop people coming in for at least 48hrs,yeah that will happen!!
Luckily my wife and kids didnt catch it and they had a great xmas.

Sounds like fun, is that the kill offs room or serving the general public
The room of doom is the callers office - so called because its undermanned, under resourced, has long queues and moaning customers - hence the title.
