If your not happy with what you are being told locally, send a letter to HQ, I can assure you that union policy, and national agreements say that mailsort can be left on a Saturday.

It doesn't matter what you have to take out, all you have to do is work the hours paid :Very Happy and remember they can't flex you up on a Saturday (play them at their own game :nana of course I'm still not going in tomorrow :nervous ).

And it doesn't matter how many times you tell 'em disgruntled one - they think there is another way of working other than - go in on your start time and finish on your finishing time - anything else is above and beyond.

To true Dvb, some still think that it's still 'Job & Finish' but that went with phase 3, the sooner everybody realises that you can only do what 'they wanted' the better. Saturday is only planned to be a shorter day (usually 7 1/2 hours) it doesn't mean that you have to finish 2 hours early.

We were stuffed they flexed us on Monday with payback today being we could go early. Guess what even though we had same hours as PTimers we still had to do IPS. Got out early all right 10 minutes. :cfo :lfo .

That is the last time I am flexed by them especially as its voluntary. My last little piece of goodwill was most certainly stamped out today.
